All the Time in the World
I’m learning how to lean more into my inner feminine. She needs a lot of listening, a lot of attention, a lot of space, a lot of freedom.
She doesn’t like to be rushed or forced or tied to a definite plan. She doesn’t like to be neglected or rejected or lectured about what’s logical.
It seems counterintuitive at first, but when I lean more into this energy, I’m actually more productive. Somehow, just telling myself, “You have all the time in the world,” when I’m feeling rushed or overwhelmed is enough to release the pressure and move forward more freely.
Simply having the permission to take a nap or a walk or a stretching break or to turn on my favorite song and dance the stuck emotion out of my body is so life-giving. It’s a constant process of checking in with myself and asking what I need in each moment.
